Is Blockchain can create "global money"?

We already have money but its supply is too much and there is a huge policy difference between central banks. Also, we already have a variety of payment methods like Paypal, Wechat, Wise, etc. The difference is that those are not autonomous or global. I believe that blockchain already solved these problems however it is not completed its innovation yet. Using money as an exchange tool is necessary to be accepted by the majority of people and start using it. Of course, it takes time and we will see very differences from now to the future.
